This residential retreat is perfect for complete beginners wishing to learn more about Buddhism and the practice of meditation. Fundamental Buddhist principles like the 3-fold path, the marks of conditioned existence, and skilful action will be explored through presentation and group discussion. Part of each day will be dedicated to the practice and learning of two meditation practices: the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana (cultivation of loving-kindness).
