This Privacy Statement applies to this website which is operated by the Buddhist Council of New South Wales Inc. (“BCNSW”, “us” or “we”) under the domain name buddhistfestivalmonth.org.au (“Website”).

- if you register to participate in activities and/or attend events of Buddhist Festival Month (“BFM”);

- to purchase tickets for the MITRA Youth Conference during BFM;
- to prepare for your participation in BFM’s activities, for example to prepare a name tag at the MITRA Youth Conference; or

The personal information is restricted to authorised officers of BCNSW and other organisations directly involved in the management of BFM including but not limited to the MITRA Youth Buddhist Network and Melissa Park Events.
The information that we collect from you through the website allows us to help serve and cater for your interests in our activities and events. The information data that is collected may be aggregated for research and analysis by BCNSW after information identifying an individual has been removed.
